Prism “Color is a vital necessity. It is a raw material indispensable to life, like water and fire,” artist Fernand Leger,1938. For me color resonates on deeply physical, spiritual and emotional levels. When moved by color, I notice striking shifts in the sensations of my body. This leads to openings for creativity; a process of embracing the truths of my body while letting go of any interference to my intuitive flow. I paint layers of color to create visual experiences that activate conscious and unconscious feelings and emotions. I experience color as a conduit to personal and collective healing. ~robin
